We’re beginning the update and modernization service for the KonstumoBide web portal, to be launched in 2024.

Modern-day society has experienced significant changes since the last KontsumoBide portal was launched.  Aware of this evolution, they asked Bilbomática, an Altia Company, to take on the challenge of updating and modernizing the portal to adapt it to citizens’ new needs and demands.

The main goals of this new portal are:

• To become a model website on consumer topics in the Basque Country, offering solutions to consumers’ problems, counseling, and preventive information.
• To be the most useful tool for the many interest groups that turn to KontsumoBide.
• To position the KontsumoBide brand, spreading the word about the institution and its functions.
• To redirect and solve the majority of paperwork and consultations online, rather than in person or by phone as before.
